Our Roots in Denver, CO

Zach Florence, with his family in tow, made the drive from Texas to their new home in City Park. At that time, Denver was experiencing considerable growth and beginning to receive national recognition as one of America’s most desirable cities in which to live. He was excited to put down roots and call Denver his lifelong home.

After a career of serving churches in various roles, Zach began his career in real estate, not knowing where it would lead. It didn’t take long for him to realize how much he enjoyed the relational aspects of the industry. With strong negotiation skills and creative problem solving, Zach embraced his new path, serving the real estate needs of others.

Zach launched Florence Realty Co., a locally owned boutique brokerage firm that exists to serve people by helping them obtain home ownership, build real estate portfolios, and maximize gains from their investments.

After personally investing in a property in Breckenridge, CO the previous year, Zach began servicing Summit County.

Zach surpassed the $100M mark in real estate sold and extended his license to serve Grand County, CO.
